Nope. Otharon thought they might be relics left behind by the giants, but... well, no one's had much time to investigate.

Still, I used to bring them back to Juju when I found any while working. They're much more detailed than any toys our craftsmen can carve. Whoever made these, they really put their hearts into it.
Seems like a shame whoever it was is gone now. But I bet they'd appreciate that someone's still getting use outta their hard work.
