It's rare, too. I never saw these creatures until after the Mechon came through.

I'm not sure, but I don't think so. They move too fluidly for something made by the Mechon. In fact, I've seen them pecking at Mechon husks we've passed.

Hmm... they feel like something from the Bionis. Could they be trying to recycle the Mechon, return them to the Bionis somehow...?
